Erin is a former intelligence analyst turned mom-entrepreneur after helping her one-year old son through a medical crisis that led to the creation of her syrup. Erin’s products can be found in small stores across the U.S. and in her retail store. When she’s not in the kitchen, she is serving her community by mentoring small businesses and serving in a Rotary International chapter. Her latest project is building her county’s first rentable, commercial, incubator kitchen. Erin is also the creator of the Lucas Allen Erin’s Elderberries Scholarship Fund, a local scholarship awarded to a community high school senior in financial need. Erin resides in Warrenton, Virginia, with her seven-year-old, Lucas, her husband, Craig, and their pup, Lucy.
